磷是工农业生产和人民生活不可缺少的重要元素，磷资源开发利用技术标志着一个国家化学工业发展水平。随着磷富矿资源开采的日渐枯竭,各国都不得不开发贫杂细的磷矿资源,磷资源利用迈入了以中低品位磷矿开发为主的时代，因此合理科学地开发中低品位磷矿已成为磷资源综合利用重要关键技术之一。磷化学品的开发，特别是无机磷酸盐、磷肥、有机磷化物及电子级磷基化学品开发是高值和高效发挥磷资源经济效益的重要途径。为了促进全球磷矿资源开发和磷化工技术转型升级，加强国际合作与交流，武汉工程大学、中国无机盐工业协会磷化工分会、湖北兴发化工集团和佛罗里达工业与磷酸盐研究所联合主办，中国化工学会和云南磷化集团有限公司等协办“第一届国际磷资源开发学术研讨会”。期待本次会议将是全球学者聚集，共同研讨磷资源高效高值开发的一次学术水平很高的国际学术盛会。
　　会议定于2017年 6月16日至19日在中国湖北省宜昌市举行，会议将邀请这一领域的部委领导、国际和国内专家，包括院士、知名专家、学者和企业家作专题报告，举办新产品新材料展示和推介会。交流近年来在磷资源开发领域最新的基础研究、应用基础研究以及高新技术产业化等方面所取得的进展和成果，预计有来自国外和我国两岸三地（大陆、台湾、香港）的近300名代表参加会议。欢迎国内外磷资源开发企业，科研、设计院所，大专院校，设备厂商参会和参展。

The 1st International Conference on Sustainable Development of Phosphate Resources

　　Phosphorus is essential for industrial and agricultural production as well as for people’s life. The development and utilization technology of phosphate resources is a sign of a country’s chemical industry development level. With the depletion of high grade rock phosphate resources, many countries have to develop the middle to low grade rock phosphate resources, which are often poor of phosphorus, small of particle size and complex of composition. The era of utilization of middle to low grade rock phosphate resources has begun. Sustainable development of the middle to low grade rock phosphate plays an important role in the comprehensive utilization of phosphate resources.
　　The social and economic benefits of phosphate resources can be greatly expanded through the development of phosphorus chemicals, especially the development of inorganic phosphates, phosphate fertilizers, organophosphorous compounds and electronic grade phosphoric chemicals. The 1st International Conference on Sustainable Development of Phosphate Resources is co-organized by Wuhan Institute of Technology, Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group and Florida Industrial and Phosphate Research Institute (FIPR Institute). The purpose of the conference is to enhance technology advance in the global phosphate industry, promote international collaboration and technical exchange, and foster comprehensive recovery and recycle in phosphate resource development. 　　The 1st International Conference on Sustainable Development of Phosphate Resources will be held at Yichang City, Hubei, China, June 16-19, 2017. Internationally well-known experts as well as industry entrepreneurs will be invited to deliver plenary presentations on their research progresses and industrial achievements in comprehensive recovery, recycle and reuse, new products development, and high-tech operations. We expect to welcome over 300 participants from the global phosphate industry, research and design institutes, colleges, engineering firms, and chemical and equipment suppliers.

3. The paper requirements and submission deadlines
(1) The academic reports, papers and research results related to the conference topics will be collected from all over the world.
(2) The conference papers will be published by the Chemical Industry Press.
(3) The number of words for a paper should be below 5000 (8000 for a review). The description of illustrations should be clear. The terminology and legal unit of measurement should be standard and unified.
The paper should contain the title, the name and affiliation of the authors, abstract (100-200 words), keywords (3-5 words), text, references, contact information of the corresponding author (detailed correspondence address, telephone number, and e-mail).
The deadline for paper submission is April 16, 2017.

Conference Fees
