摘要:
为研究腹板拼装偏差对波形钢腹板箱梁桥力学性能的影响,以一座三跨波形钢腹板预应力混凝土(PC)组合连续箱梁桥为例,仿真模拟悬臂浇筑施工过程及成桥状态,分析波形钢腹板搭接角度偏差、内外侧腹板间距及高度偏差对结构变形、应力及稳定性的影响规律。研究结果表明:内外侧腹板间距偏差相较于其他两种拼装偏差,对波形钢腹板受力性能影响更加明显。在最大悬臂阶段,主梁变形对内外侧腹板间距偏差最为敏感,内外侧腹板间距偏差-15 mm时,主梁变形最大变化量为0.89 mm;其次为腹板搭接角度,对腹板高度的敏感性很小,内外侧腹板高度偏差-15 mm时,主梁变形最大变化量仅为0.20 mm。在成桥阶段,主梁变形对内外侧腹板间距偏差最敏感,搭接角度次之,对内外侧高度偏差的敏感性最小。内外侧腹板间距偏差对腹板剪应力的影响比较显著,腹板搭接角度偏差和内外侧腹板高度偏差的影响相对较小。3种拼装偏差对主梁顶底板应力和桥梁结构的稳定性的影响均较小。
Abstract:
To investigate the impact of web assembly deviation on the mechanical properties of corrugated steel web prestressed concrete (PC) composite box girder bridges, a three-span PC composite continuous box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs was studied. Simulation included cantilever casting construction processes and bridge states, analyzing the effects of web lap angle deviation, inner and outer web spacing, and height deviations on structural deformation, stress, and stability. Results indicated that inner and outer web spacing deviation has a more pronounced effect on the mechanical performance of corrugated steel webs than other assembly deviations. During the maximum cantilever stage, main girder deformation is most sensitive to inner and outer web spacing deviation, with a maximum variation of 0.89 mm at -15 mm deviation. Web lap angle follows in sensitivity, while sensitivity to web height is minimal with a maximum variation of 0.20 mm at -15 mm deviation. In the completion stage, main beam deformation is most sensitive to inner and outer web spacing deviation, followed by lap angle, and least sensitive to inner and outer web height deviation. Notably, spacing deviation between inner and outer webs significantly affects web shear stress, while the influence of web overlap angle and height deviations is relatively minor. Overall, the three assembly deviations have a minimal impact on the top and bottom plate stresses of the main girder and the stability of the bridge structure.
