为研究不同网格尺寸下自锚式加筋土挡墙的应力分布及位移大小,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对某加筋土挡墙进行建模,研究挡墙网格尺寸对挡墙稳定性、应力及位移的影响。结果表明:初步选择网格尺寸0.50 m(约等于坡高的1/50)进行试算,将数值计算结果与理论计算结果比对后再改变网格尺寸;网格尺寸与挡墙安全系数关系紧密,当网格尺寸减小时,挡墙安全系数精度增加,但是计算时间成倍增长,当网格尺寸从0.20 m(即坡高的1/120)减小到0.15 m(即坡高的1/160)时,计算时间增长了1倍以上,计算精度和计算时间之间未呈线性关系;网格尺寸的改变对加筋土主应力和位移的影响均不超过5%,而对剪应力影响较大,影响接近15%,不同网格尺寸对土工格栅应力的影响不同,需根据工程实际改变网格尺寸;当改变网格尺寸对结果影响不超过1%时,可以视为符合精度要求,停止减小网格尺寸。
Abstract:
To study the stress distribution and displacement magnitude of a self-anchored reinforced soil retaining wall under different mesh sizes,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to model a reinforced soil retaining wall. By varying the mesh sizes of the wall,the impact on the wall’s stability and stress displacement was determined. The initial test utilized a mesh size of 0.50 m (approximately 1/50 of the slope height),where numerical calculation results were compared with theoretical calculations before adjusting the mesh size for subsequent analyses. A direct correlation between mesh size and the safety factor of the wall was established:decreasing the mesh size led to increased accuracy in the safety factor computation at the cost of extended calculation time. Reducing the mesh size from 0.20 m (1/120 of the slope height) to 0.15 m (1/160 of the slope height) resulted in more than doubling the calculation time. A nonlinear relationship between calculation accuracy and computation time was observed,where changes in mesh size had a marginal impact of less than 5% on the primary stress and displacement of the reinforced soil. However,the effect on shear stress was substantial, nearing 15%. Furthermore,diverse mesh sizes affected stress distribution in the geogrid differently,indicating a necessity to adjust the mesh size based on specific engineering requirements. It is suggested that when alterations in mesh size lead to less than 1% difference in results,which meets accuracy standards,a halt in further reduction of the mesh size is warranted.
