摘要:
以高岭土、滑石、工业氧化铝为原料,分别用煤粉和淀粉作为成孔剂,采用压制成型工艺,在1 200℃温度下烧成,制得了具有一定气孔率的堇青石质多孔陶瓷,并将两种样品的理化性能和微观结构做了对比研究.研究表明,以淀粉为成孔剂的样品的孔分布比较均匀,孔隙率较高,但烧结强度低于以煤粉为成孔剂的样品.
Abstract:
Cordierite porous ceramics were prepared from kaolinite, talc and alumina(γ-Al2O3), formed by pressing and fired at 1 200℃. Coal powders and starch were used as poreforming materials. Physical and chemical properties and microstructure of two samples were studied. The study results indicated that the pores of starch samples are homogeneous. Compared to coal powder samples, the porosity of starch samples is higher, but the sintering strength is lower than that of coal powder samples.
