摘要:
以奥氏体钢低应力脆断微观组织特征为基础,提出了晶界损伤的分析模型;采用有限元方法分析了裂尖邻域里微观组织晶界上杂质、孔洞对宏观裂纹裂尖应力集中情况的影响;建立了晶界损伤对裂尖应力集中系数影响的等势图,分析结果与实验观测结果基本一致.
Abstract:
A model of grain boundary damage was proposed based on the characteristics of the microstructure of low stress brittle fracture of the austenitic steels, the affecti of the holes and the impurities of the grain boundary on stress concentration factor of the crack tip was analyzed by the finite element method. The equal affect diagram of the grain boundary damage on the stress concentration factor was set up. The analysis results in this paper agree with what has been observed in some experiments.
