摘要:
以尿素、三聚氰胺、甲醛为原料合成了一种游离甲醛含量较低、耐水性能优良的脲醛三聚氰胺甲醛复合树脂胶粘剂.研究了原料配比、加料方式、加料时间、pH值、反应时间、反应温度对产物中游离甲醛含量的影响,测定了产物的性能.结果发现,当n甲醛∶n尿素∶n三聚氰胺=1.8∶1∶0.35,温度为85 ℃,pH=9.5时,所合成的树脂游离甲醛含量较低,耐水性能优良.
Abstract:
A ureaformaldehyde/melamineformaldehyde composite resin adhesive with low free formaldehyde content and excellent waterproof ability was synthesized by using urea,formaldehyde and melamine as the materials.The influence of the dosage of urea,the dosage of melamine,reaction temperature, reaction time and pH value on the free formaldehyde cotent was studied,and the properties of the product were investigated.The result showed when n(formaldehyde)∶n (urea)∶n (melamine)=1.8∶1∶0.3,under the reaction temperature of 95 ℃ and pH value of 8.5,the synthesized product had the characteristics of low free formaldehyde content and excellent waterproof ability.
