摘要:
文章从理论和实践相结合的高度，正确系统地论述了地方国家权力机关在促进区域经济发展中的思路、途径和办法，为地方国家权力机关在推进区域经济发展中形成科学的战略思维和战略决策提供了理论支持和实践路径。
Abstract:
This thesis correctly and systematically discusses the ideas，routes，and methods of local organs of state power promoting the regional economy by a height of combining theory whit practice. It provides theoretical support and practical route for the local organs of state powers strategic ideas and strategic decisions that formed by promoting the regional economy.
