摘要:
以氰乙酰胺和N取代氰乙酰胺为原料分别与3苯基4N,N二甲基3烯2酮环合制备了6个3氰基1H吡啶酮类化合物,目标化合物结构均经1H NMR和MS表征.并探讨了采用氰乙酰胺和N取代氰乙酰胺分别进行环合时其环合方向不同的反应机理.
Abstract:
Six 3cyano2(1H)pyridone compounds were obtained using cyanoacetamide and Nsubtituted cyanoacetamides reacted with 4(dimethylamino)3phenylpent3en2one respectively. All of the target compounds have been confirmed by 1H NMR, MS spectrums. In addition, the possible mechanisms of the two cyclization routes were discussed.
