摘要:
通过批平衡实验,研究了磷矿单一反浮选尾矿和正反浮选尾矿在浸出过程中磷、TOC(total organic carbon)的释放及液相pH变化规律.结果表明,平衡时磷的释放浓度为(0.65±0.05)mg/L,受尾矿磷含量、初始pH和浸出次数影响较小.第一次浸出的TOC平衡释放量可达到44 mg/L左右,但经过多次浸出后,溶出液的TOC浓度与实验用水背景值相当.尾矿堆存处置过程,磷因子对水环境会产生持久的影响,而有机物影响是短期、暂时的.
Abstract:
Release acitivities of phosphate and TOC in phosphate rock and phosphate flotation tailings, as well as change in the leachate pH were studied by batch equilibrium experiments. The results showed that the released phosphate concentration at the equilibrium was (0.65±0.05)mg/L, which is less affected by phosphate content, in the tailings initial pH and leaching times. The equilibrium TOC concentration in the leachate during the first leaching process was up to 44 mg/L, which lowered to that of the background after 3 to 4 times of leaching and remained constant thereafter. Based on the experimental results, longterm impact of phosphate but temporary impact of organic pollutants in phosphate tailings on local aquatic environmental can by deduced.
