摘要:
对海口中低品位磷矿石反浮选作业在不同的加药点添加浓硫酸和捕收剂YP3,试验表明:在同一加药点同时添加浓硫酸和捕收剂YP3,浮选指标较差,精矿产率低,且MgO含量高.对此类矿石的反浮选作业,需要在不同的加药点分别添加浓硫酸和捕收剂YP3,以提高浮选过程的选择性,获得更理想的选矿指标.
Abstract:
It was studied that sulfaric acid and collector YP3 was added in different dosing point with Haikon low grade phosphate rock reverse flotation operation. The results of the test indicated that: in the same dosing point and adding sulfuric acid and collector YP3, flotation index is poor, pure mineral rate is low, and content of MgO is high. Such ore reverse flotation homework needs different dosing points respectively adding sulfuric acid and collector YP3, in order to improve the flotation process selectivity and obtain more ideal dressing indexes.
