摘要:
对宜昌磷矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,测定出了矿石的化学成分、各组分的赋存状态、矿物的嵌布特征和单体解离度.研究表明宜昌磷矿中含P2O5、CaO、 SiO2、Al2O3、MgO、Fe2O3、K2O、F、S、Na2O等化学成分,胶磷矿、碳酸盐矿物、石英质矿物和粘土质矿物是其主要矿物单体,它们总质量分数达到982 %.有96 %的胶磷矿嵌布粒度和93 %的碳酸盐矿物嵌布粒度大于00784  mm,而且它们的单体解离度在三个粒级均大于90 %,属中粒嵌布.
Abstract:
The process mineralogy of phosphate ores in Yichang including chemical compositions, occurrence state, grain size, embedded feature of minerals and monomer dissociation degree was studied The results show that Yichang phosphate ores contains many complex chemical compositions which contain P2O5, CaO, SiO2, Al2O3, MgO, Fe2O3, K2O, F, S, Na2O, and et al Collophane, carbonate, quartz mineral, and clay mineral are the main mineral components of phosphate ores, whose content is up to 982 %(w/%) The particle assemblage size of 96 % collophane and 93 % carbonate is above 00784  mm which should be middle particle assemblage size distribution The monomer dissociation degree of collophane in the -0037 mm, 0037~005 mm, and 005~0074 mm fractions, are all above 90 %
