摘要:
针对某厂生产的Y32-63A型压力机应用中出现的主油缸快进及回程速度慢,导致空程及回程时间长、生产效率低,以及主油缸保压后换向冲击现象影响被加工产品表面品质等问题,结合主油缸快进及回程的理论速度和油路原理图进行分析判断,主油缸结构限制了压力机的快速性能,而主油缸油路设计不合理导致了换向冲击现象. 更换具有快速油路的主油缸,在卸压回程环节采用了顺序阀和自制阀门组合方式,油路结构简单且成本低. 经过在生产线中实际应用验证,机床运行稳定,运行参数达到了改造预期.
Abstract:
The Y32-63A hydraulic press often exits some bugs such as the lower production efficiency and impact phenomenon during the new product development. We find that the master hydro-cylinder’s structure limits the speed and the unreasonable design of oil-way leads to the impact phenomenon after analyzing the theoretical speed and the oil circuit diagram. The machine works well coming to the request of the expected operation parameters after it adopted new master hydro-cylinder and sequence valve and self-made valve.
