露天矿排土场的边坡安全是矿山日常生产的保障。以某露天矿排土场为研究对象,选取了4处典型剖面,采用数值模拟的方法,计算了自然工况和降雨工况下4处剖面边坡的稳定性,计算结果:表明降雨工况下4处边坡安全系数均降低了约40%,且降雨时一处剖面边坡已经处于不稳定状态。从孔隙水压力、土体自重的角度分析了降雨对边坡的影响,决定对该处边坡采取锚杆支护和截排水设施结合的治理措施,并对加固后的边坡进行数值模拟,计算得到自然工况下边坡的安全系数从1.22提升到了2.03,提升了约66%;降雨工况下边坡的最小安全系数从0.83提升到了1.37,相比于未采取治理措施升高了约60%,无论是自然工况还是降雨工况下,边坡的安全性均显著提高。
Abstract:
Slope safety of open-pit mine dump is a guarantee of daily mine production. Taking an open-pit mine dump as the research object, we selected four typical profile slopes, and calculated the stability of the four profile slopes under natural and rainfall conditions by numerical simulation. The calculation results showed that the safety factors of all four slopes reduce by about 40% under rainfall conditions, and one profile slope is already in an unstable state during rainfall. The influences of rainfall on the slope were analyzed from the perspectives of pore water pressure and soil body weight, and the slope stability was controlled by adopting a combination of anchor support and drainage facilities. Numerical simulation was carried out on the reinforced slope, and it was found that the safety factor of the slope under natural working conditions is improved from 1.22 to 2.03 with an increase of about 66%. The minimum safety factor of slope under rainfall conditions increases from 0.83 to 1.37, which is about 60% higher than that without treatment measures. The safety of slope is greatly improved under both natural and rainfall conditions.
