摘要:
针对磷石膏资源化利用中面临的“增量-提质”双重困境,以制备高性能α-半水石膏(α-HH)为目标,系统探究了无机盐、有机酸、大分子聚合物及表面活性剂四类晶型调控剂对α-HH晶体形貌的调控作用及其机理。研究结果表明,不同类别添加剂对α-HH的结晶习性影响显著且各异;其中,有机酸类添加剂(如丁二酸、柠檬酸)能有效抑制晶体轴向生长,使α-HH长径比由空白样的20分别显著降低至6和4;相反,镁离子(无机盐类)和油酸钠(表面活性剂类)则分别促进晶体沿c轴优先生长,使长径比增大至60和40。
Abstract:
The resource utilization of phosphogypsum faces the dual dilemma of capacity expansion and quality improvement. To prepare high-performance α-calcium sulfate hemihydrate(α-HH),in this study we systematically investigated the regulation effects and mechanisms of four types of crystal modifiers, including inorganic salts, organic acids, macromolecular polymers, and surfactants, on the crystal growth and morphology of α-HH. Results showed that different types of additives exhibit distinct and significant influences on the crystallization behavior of α-HH. Organic acid modifiers (e.g., succinic acid and citric acid) can effectively inhibit the axial growth of α-HH crystals, reducing the crystal aspect ratio from 20 (blank group) to 6 and 4, respectively. In contrast, magnesium ions (inorganic salts) and sodium oleate (surfactants) promote the preferential growth of crystals along the c-axis, increasing the aspect ratios to 60 and 40, correspondingly.
