摘要:
采用热失重(TG)、质谱气相色谱(GCMS)等方法研究了尼龙12的热降解动力学和热降解机理.尼龙12在N2中的热降解活化能很高,为322.9 kJ/mol,热稳定性良好;在700 ℃高温下的裂解产物主要为环状单体十二内酰胺、环状二聚物及三聚物.探讨了尼龙12的热降解机理.
Abstract:
The kinetics and mechanism of thermal degradation of nylon 12 are investigated by thermogravimetry (TG), gaschromatography and massspectrometer (GCMS). The results show that nylon 12 has high degradation activation energy 322.9 kJ/mol in nitrogen. It indicates nylon 12 has good thermal stability. Nylon 12 tends to produce cyclic monomeric and oligomeric lactams at 700℃. A mechanism is proposed to describe the pyrolysis of nylon 12.
