摘要:
以氯化苄为引发剂,氯化亚铜(CuCl)和2,2′联二吡啶(bpy)的混合体系为催化剂,研究了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP).采用重量法、GPC等对活性聚合进行了确认,用红外光谱对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)进行了表征.结果表明,单体转化率随时间呈线性增加,分子量分布较窄(分布指数可达1.46).这表明本研究所进行的聚合反应具有活性自由基聚合的特征.
Abstract:
The atomic transfer radical polymerization of the methyl methacrylate was studied. The benzyl chloride and CuCl/bpy were selected as the initiator and catalyst, respectively. The active polymerization was determined by gravimetric method and GPC, etc., and the polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) was characterized by infrared spectrum. In the polymerization process, with the extension of reaction time, the average polymer molecular weight and monomer conversation increased linearly amd the molecularweight distribution was narrow(the distribution exponent reached 1.46). This shows that the polymerization of the study has the characteristics of active radical polymerization.
