摘要:
用聚乙二醇(PEG,Mn=4000)引发9苯基2,4,8,10四氧螺[5,5]十一烷3酮(PTC)进行本体开环聚合反应,合成一系列侧链含有苄氧基团的脂肪族聚碳酸酯.然后用10%Pd/C催化剂对聚合物进行氢化还原反应,从而制得部分侧链含羟基的聚合物.并对所得聚合物进行GPC、1H NMR、FTIR、UV等结构表征,进一步研究了聚合物的体外释药性能.
Abstract:
?A series of carbonate copolymers were synthesized by the ringopening polymerization of 2phenyl5,5bis(oxymethyl) trimethylene carbonate (PTC) and poly(ethyl glycol) (PEG, Mn=4 000) using Sn(Oct)2 as a catalyst. These copolymers were further reduced by the Pd/C catalyst (10%) to produce the partly deprotected copolymers. These two type copolymers were characterized by 1H NMR, FTIR, UV, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and automatic contact angle meter. In vitro release profiles of 5Fluorouracil of copolymers were also evaluated.
