摘要:
用葡萄糖母液为原料,选用双氧水为氧化剂,在金属催化剂作用下制取了葡萄糖酸钠水剂;葡萄糖的转化率达83%,产物占终反应混合物总质量的质量分数30%左右.该产物与市场上高效缓凝剂葡萄糖酸钠在混凝土中等量对比应用,其缓凝效果接近同一水平.
Abstract:
Preparation of sodium gluconate aqua agent was completed by the catalyst with the glucose mother liquor as raw material and hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant. Glucose conversion rate was 83%, product concentration was about 30%. The retarding effect of this product is close to the same level compared with high sodium gluconate retarder on the market on the amount of contrast medium in the concrete application.
