摘要:
为改善丁腈橡胶(NBR)和高吸水树脂(SAR)的相容性,以实验室自制的两亲性聚氨酯(TPU)作为高吸水树脂和丁腈橡胶的增容剂,白炭黑作为补强剂,通过物理共混方法制备出遇水膨胀橡胶,并对其吸水性能、力学性能进行研究.结果表明:TPU的加入明显降低了吸水树脂的析出量并提高了平衡吸水量,对遇水膨胀橡胶的力学性能影响不明显.
Abstract:
In order to improve the compatibility of nitrile rubber (NBR) and super absorbent resin (SAR),Water swellable rubber (WSR) was produced using the NBR and SAR as the raw materials,the TPU as compatibilizer,the white charcoal black as reinforcing agent by the way of physical mix.The water absorbency and mechanical properties of WSR were investigated.The results show that TPU significantly reduces the amount of precipitation of SAR and increases the amount of water absorption of adsorption equilibrium,and the influence of mechanical properties of WSR of TPU is not significant.
