摘要:
通过正交试验的方法,研究了石蜡油、炭黑N330、尼龙短纤维和硫磺四个配方因素对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)耐热多楔带楔胶性能的影响。结果表明:炭黑N330的用量对实验结果的影响最大,石蜡油及尼龙短纤维的影响次之,硫磺对实验结果的影响最小。最佳配方为石蜡油、炭黑N330、尼龙短纤维、硫磺的质量分数分别为橡胶质量的5%、65%、7%、0.7%时,T向试样的综合性能较好,其老化前的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为18.18 MPa和238.64%,老化后的拉伸强度也维持在60%以上。
Abstract:
Effects of four factors such as paraffin oil,carbon black N330,nylon staple fiber and sulfur on the properties of wedge rubber of ethylene-propylene-diene monmer heat-resistant V-ribbed belt were investigated by orthogonal experimental method. The results show that the amount of carbon black N330 has the biggest influence on the properties of the wedge rubber,followed by paraffin oil,nylon staple fibers and sulfur. The optimum formula is confirmed at paraffin oil of 5%,carbon black N330 of 65%,nylon staple fibers of 7% and sulfur of 0.7% when the mass fraction of rubber is calculated as 100%. Under these conditions,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the T-direction samples before aging are 18.18 MPa and 238.64% respectively,and the tensile strength after aging remains more than 60%. The prepared rubber has excellent performances.
