摘要:
以聚乳酸(PLA)为基体,羟基磷灰石(HA)作为无机填料,制备含HA质量分数分别为0%、10%和25%的聚乳酸/羟基磷灰石(PLA/HA)复合材料,采用喷雾干燥技术制备复合材料微球。并对其进行微观形貌和结构表征,进一步研究HA质量分数对热稳定性能的影响。傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱测试表明,已成功制备了PLA/HA复合材料微球,其粒径分布在5~11 μm范围内,且随着HA质量分数的增加,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度呈现先降低后升高的趋势,同时其分解温度升高,热稳定性能增加。
Abstract:
Poly(L-lactic acid)/hydroxyapatite (PLA/HA) composites were prepared by the blending of poly(L-lactic acid) (PLA) and hydroxyapatite (HA) with mass fractions of 0%,10% and 25%,respectively. The microspheres were further produced by the spray drying method using PLA/HA composites as the raw materials. These PLA/HA microspheres were also characterized and their micromorphologies were observed. Subsequently,the effects of HA mass fractions in composites on their thermal stabilities were investigated. The formation of PLA/HA microspheres was successful,as evidenced by the data of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry. PLA/HA microspheres possess the diameter of average particle sizes varying from 5 μm to 11 μm. Moreover,the glass transition temperatures of the composite materials decrease first and then increase, at the same time, both the decomposition temperatures and the thermal stabilities of PLA/HA composites increase according to the increasing of HA mass fractions in composites.
