选用含钾量较高的黑云母,采用铁离子交换法从中提取可溶性钾离子,制备了水合铁云母负极材料。通过X射线衍射,探究反应时间与添加硝酸铁的质量对提钾率的影响。结果表明,提钾后的水合铁云母的层状结构完整,在添加10 g Fe(NO3)3·9H2O反应40 min的条件下提钾率高达95.4%。对样品进行循环充放电测试,水合铁云母负极材料在0.4 A/g电流密度下的首圈放电比电容为10.14 F/g,与相同条件下黑云母原矿(3.032 F/g)、水合钠云母(9.8 F/g)相比,电化学性能有明显提高。
Abstract:
The soluble potassium ion was extracted from biotite with high potassium content by using the ferric ion-exchange method,and the hydrated Fe-mica anode material was prepared. X-ray diffraction was conducted,and the effects of reaction time and the mass of ferric nitrate on the potassium extraction rate were investigated. The results indicate that the layered structure of the hydrated Fe-mica after the potassium extraction is intact. The potassium extraction rate reaches 95.4% after a reaction of 40 minutes by adding 10 g Fe(NO3)3·9H2O. The cyclic charge-discharge test on the samples was carried out and the results show that the initial discharge specific capacity of the hydrated Fe-mica anode material reaches 10.14 F/g at the current density of 0.4 A/g. The electrochemical property of the biotite is significantly improved compared with that of the biotite ore (3.032 F/g) and the hydrated Na-mica (9.8 F/g) under the same conditions.
