摘要:
采用旋涂法制备了具有层状钙钛矿结构的有机/无机杂合物(C8H17NH3)2PbI4薄膜,X射线衍射结果表明该材料具有规则的层状结构.采用原子力显微镜(AFM)观察了薄膜的表面形貌.利用紫外——可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱进行研究,室温下薄膜显示了强烈、尖锐的激子吸收峰,且在可见光范围内显示了强烈的光致发光.
Abstract:
Thin films of organicinorganic layered perovskitetype hybrids (C8H17NH3)2PbI4 were prepared by the spincoating method. The results of XRD showed both powders and films taking on preferable layered crystal structures. The surface morphology of the films were observed using AFM. The roomtemperature UVVis absorption spectra of the films showed a strong, clear exciton absorption peak, at the same time the roomtemperature fluorescence spectra also exhibit strong luminescence peaks in the visible range.
