摘要:
合成了具有层状钙钛矿结构的有机/无机杂合物(CnH2n+1NH3)2PbX4 (其中X=Cl,Br,I;n=2,4,6,8,10),采用X射线衍射对产物的结构进行了表征,结果表明,层间距d值随着有机组元中碳链长度的增加而增加,而卤素阴离子的半径大小对层间距的影响较小.采用红外光谱对产物(C6H13NH3)2PbI4的结构进行表征,结果表明在产物中已经引入了有机组分正己胺,但可能由于胺基质子化的影响,使其结构与自由的C6H13NH2相比具有不同的特征.
Abstract:
Organicinorganic layered perovskitetype hybrids (CnH2n+1NH3)2PbX4 (X=Cl,Br,I;n=2,4,6,8,10) were synthesized. The results of XRD showed that dspacing value increased with the increasing of the alkyl chain length in organic layers,and dspacing value hardly changed for different element X(X= Cl,Br,I) in inorganic layers. FTIR technique was used to characterize (C6H13NH3)2PbI4,which have contained organic component C6H13NH2 whose structure was different from the free C6H13NH2,presumably because of protonation.
