摘要:
采用液液萃取方法初步萃取了甲胺磷原油中的精胺,并测定了相同条件下甲胺磷原油在不同萃取剂中的分配系数、分离系数等,同时研究了相比、萃取温度、萃取级数等对萃取效果的影响,确定了最佳萃取剂和适宜的工艺条件:用混合溶剂A(Va1∶Va2=4∶1)做为萃取剂,相比为1∶1,萃取温度为55 ℃,经十级萃取,甲胺磷原油总萃取率≥85%,萃余相中精胺含量降至1.710%.
Abstract:
In this paper,the primary separation of the spermine in methamidophos solution was taken by LquidLiquid extraction,the partition coefficients and the separation coefficients of methamidophos solution in different extraction solvents were detemined in the same conditions,the fluencing factors of extraction effect such as phase ratio,temperature and extraction stages on LquidLiquid separation were studied,the best extraction solvent and the suitable process conditions were confirmed : the best extraction solvent was component solvent named A(Va1∶Va2=4∶1),phase ratio was 1∶1,the temperature was 55 ℃,after extracting ten times ,the total extraction rate of methamidophos solution was greater than or equal 85%,and the amount of the spermine in raffinate phase was reduced to 1.710%.
