摘要:
设计、合成了一种基于罗丹明染料的过渡金属离子荧光探针罗丹明衍生物2.在乙腈溶液中该探针本身无荧光,当向其中加入Fe3+后,在588 nm处产生强的荧光,而其它过渡金属离子除Zn2+和Pb2+有一定的荧光增强外,基本都无荧光增强现象,该化合物是一种高选择性的Fe3+荧光探针.
Abstract:
A novel fluorescence probe 2 has been designed and synthesized. The results showed that a significant enhancement of fluorescence at 588 nm was observed when Fe3+ was added to the CH3CN solution of the compound 2 which has no fluorescence originally. The addition of other transition metal ions showed no obvious enhancement of fluorescence, except for Zn2+ and Pb2+ with certain degree of enhancement. Therefore, compound 2 is a good Fe3+ fluorescence probe with high selectivity.
