摘要:
介绍某低品位磷矿中磷灰石、透辉石、黑云母、铁矿石的综合回收情况,试验采用低成本的重选—磁选联合工艺流程,从P2O5品位为3.44%的原矿中选得P2O5为31%的磷精矿,同时回收了矿物量分别为31.06%和51.14%的黑云母和辉石产品,并得到含TFe为68.20%的铁精矿,取得较好的技术经济指标.
Abstract:
The comprehensive recovery of apatite, diopside, biotite and iron ore in a lowgrade phosphate ore was introduced. The experiments adopted low cost gravitymagnetic separation process flow and separated phosphate concentrate of 31% P2O5 from crude ore with 3.44% P2O5. At the same time, biotite of 31.06% and pyroxene of 51.14% were recovered, and iron concentrate with TFe 68.20% was attained. The technical and economic index was better.
