摘要:
示功图是有效的参数法诊断手段,可在较深层次上诊断压缩机故障.基于前期开发的示功图自动测试系统,研究开发了一个基于示功图畸变的故障分析系统.系统由独立的故障规则库和应用程序框架组成开放式的体系结构,采用综合比较诊断法,可对测试示功图进行自动分析和故障判断;对示功图可显见的压缩机故障,归纳出数值型和变化型两类故障特征参数,并设置参数变化阈值以表征参数的允许变化范围;以特征判据、故障判据和故障特征数据表组成故障规则数据库,以特征参数的组合作为故障判据;系统支持面向用户的故障规则扩展功能,可适应新的研究成果的扩展应用.
Abstract:
Powerindicating chart is an effective means to diagnose faults of the reciprocating compressor at a higher level as a parameter method.Based the automatic test system of powerindicating chart developed earlier stage,a suit of fault analysis system based on the distortion of powerindicating chart is developed.The system architecture is composed of an independent faultrule database and application framework.The system adopts the method of integratedcomparison diagnostics,and can analyze the powerindicating chart automatically.Aimed at the fault powerindicating chart,the numerical type and tendency type characteristic parameters are induced,and corresponding threshold value is set to restrict the range of variation.The faultrule Database is composed of three data sheets, including characteristic criterion,fault criterion and fault characteristic,and uses the combination of characteristic parameters as fault criterion.The system also supports useroriented extension of the faultrule to adapt to the extension application of new research results.
