摘要:
在正常工况下对直径为57 mm的半圆管夹套容器进行有限元应力分析,在危险截面处对应力分布情况进行线性化处理,并按照JB47321995进行应力评定,校核知在正常工况下夹套容器是安全的.故可将筒体厚度由16 mm减小到12 mm,从而达到节省材料的目的.
Abstract:
The vessel with halfpipe jacket,of which diameter is 57 mm,was analyzed with the method of finite element stress analysis in the normal condition.The stress distribution of the dangerous section was linearized,which was assessed with JB47321995.After the stress was checked,the vessel with halfpipe jacket is regular in the normal condition.The thickness of vessel can be reduced from 16 mm to 12 mm,thus the purpose of saving material is achieved.
