摘要:
研究了白炭黑新的制备技术,即采用以碳酸氢铵和水玻璃为原料制备白炭黑.在制备中的副产物可通过加入某种化学试剂低成本回收,再作为反应的生产原料,从而实现了资源的循环利用,能耗的降低和废物的零排放.该法不仅能制备出高质量优质的白炭黑,工艺简单,易形成工业化生产,而且符合绿色化工的环保思想.
Abstract:
The paper briefly introduced new preparation technology of the wider application of white carbon black which is made by the material of water glass and ammonium hydrogen carbonate.In the process of preparation,the outgrowth which was recycled by adding in some chemical agent can be used as producing material to reaction,achieving the recycle of resources,reducing consumption of energy and the zero emissions of waste.The method not only prepared highquality yield white carbon black,the process was simple and easy for large scale production,but also accorded with the environmental protection thought of chemical industry.
