摘要:
研究了不同牌号的聚丙烯共混后的产物的力学性能,并以DCP为硫化剂,TAIC为硫化促进剂,以自制的聚酯型超支化聚合物为流动促进剂,利用动态硫化技术制备了聚丙烯树脂/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)热塑弹性体.研究表明:高熔融指数的聚丙烯、共混材料中橡胶的用量以及超支化树脂的比例对共混材料的力学性能和高温流动性有很大影响.
Abstract:
After blendig different grades of polypropylene, the mechanical properties of the blends were studied. Using DCP as an curing agent, TAIC as an vulcanization accelerator and hyperbranched polyester as an fluid accelerator, an PP/EPDM thermoplastic elastomer was prepared by dynamic vulcanization technology. Experimental results showed that the amount of high melt index PP and EPDM rubber and hyperbranched polyester in blends has great influence on the mechanical properties and high temperature fluidity of the blends.
