摘要:
将白头翁多糖经水解和乙酰化处理,采用气相色谱法分析多糖中单糖组分,得到白头翁多糖的单糖组分,白头翁多糖的单糖组分及摩尔比为M鼠李糖M阿拉伯糖M木糖M甘露糖M半乳糖M葡萄糖=10.222.340.451282.411.82.气相色谱条件:色谱柱为Thermo TR-5ms,程序升温100 ℃10 ℃/min150 ℃5 ℃/min260 ℃、进样量为1 μL,此检测方法用标准样品的积分面积和内标法分别进行了定量,内标物肌醇的标准曲线回归方程为Y=0.446X+0.057 5(r=0.999 0),回收率为103.04%,RSD为0.39%.
Abstract:
The GC analysis was used to study the monosaccharide composition of polysaccharide in Pulsatilla chinensis polysaccharide after hydrolyzing and acetylation. The monosaccharide components and the molar ratio is MrhamnoseMarabinoseMxyloseMinositolMmannoseMglucose=10.222340.451.282.41182. Gas chromatography conditions are as follow: column for the Thermo TR-5ms, temperature-programmed to 100 ℃ and then 260 ℃, the injection amount of 1 μL. We used the peak area of standard samples and internal standard curve method to analyze these monosaccharides, respectively. The linear regression equation was Y=0.446X+0.057 5(r=0.999 0), recovery was 10304%, and RSD was 0.39%.
