摘要:
采用乙醇沉淀法从莼菜中提取多种多糖化合物,多糖化合物经水解,乙酰化后利用气相色谱质谱法分析,确定了莼菜单糖的组成. 研究表明, 该方法是一种高效分离和高灵敏度检测鉴定莼莱多糖组分中单糖结构的定性定量方法.
Abstract:
The method of alcohol classification sedimentation is used to extract many polysaccharide compound from brasenia schreberi and determination of monosaccharides in polysaccharides by gas chromatographymass spectrometry. What elements of the monosaccharides in brasenia schreberi are made clear.The real sample tests showed this method can be used for the sensitive and accurate determination of structure,extraction,isolation of Brasenia schreberi.
