摘要:
以4,4二甲氧基2丁酮和丙二腈为原料经Knoevenagel缩合、硫酸环合、氧氯化磷和五氯化磷氯化、氰基水解,最后经Hofmann降解五步反应合成目标产物2氯3氨基4甲基吡啶(CAPIC),总收率约为57.3%.并通过IR,1 H NMR对目标化合物的结构进行了表征.
Abstract:
2chloro3amino4methylpyridine was synthesized with 4,4dimethoxy2butanone and malononitrile as raw materia1 by Knoevenagel condensation , cyclization, chlorination, hydrolysis and Hoffman reaction,the overall yield was 57.3% (mo1) . The objective compound was characterized by IR,1 H NMR.
