摘要:
利用自组装的方法在裸金电极上形成4,4′二巯基二苯硫醚自组装膜,再采用电沉积的方法,电还原氯金酸溶液修饰纳米金,制备了纳米金/4,4′二巯基二苯硫醚自组装膜修饰金电极.运用循环伏安和交流阻抗等电化学方法,对所得电极进行研究和表征.实验表明:该修饰电极对对乙酰氨基酚的氧化具有良好的电催化作用,与裸金电极相比,在pH=6.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,对乙酰氨基酚的氧化峰电流明显增加,峰电位负移,而且出现了一个明显的还原峰,整个电极过程以受扩散控制为主.
Abstract:
The 4,4′dimercaptodiphenyl sulfide etherselfassembled monolayers modified electrode (DMDPSE/Au SAMs) was prepared on bare gold wire.Then the Gold Nanoparticle was deposited on the DMDPSE/Au SAMs by electrolysis.The electrochemical behaviors of acetaminophen at the modified electrode are studied. The results shows that, compared with the bare gold electrod, the oxygenation peak current was increased evidently. The peak potential was reduced; and the deoxidize peak current appeared.
